ABOUT US... Introducing DeFrang Executive Services, (DES), your place to go when you need the best in legal investigations or a personal representative to assist you with any matter that is impacting your life or that is causing you or (those who are important to you) to not enjoy life to the fullest extent possible. DES was founded by Fred DeFrang, whose professional background includes over 34 years in law enforcement. Fred retired as the Undersheriff of Clallam County in 2005 and has 25 years of administrative and command experience. Fred has lead many complex criminal investigations and has extensive experience dealing with workplace and employee related matters. Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and career certification levels from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission in Supervision, Management, and Administration.
